Foundation Repair at Wellness Center in Red Bank NJ

Challenge

ChillRx Cryotherapy, a well known wellness center located in Red Bank, NJ contacted Quality 1st Basements when they noticed signs of foundation failure in the the old historic building their facility was occupying. With the building being as old as it was, the foundation could not support the weight of he heavy equipment ChillRx was having installed. This caused the floor joist to begin to sag and the floors on the first level of the building to become uneven. Dan McNally, our Foundation Specialist, met with the property Manager and designed a solutions that would permanently stabilize the foundation. 

Solution

Dan knew the solution to the structures failure was lack of support therefore he recommended a system that would not only provide additional support but permanent support  to the structure. He recommended our PowerBrace Wall Repair System be installed to the failing floor joists. Next our crew installed our SmartJackXP System for the ultimate support to the PowerBraces and therefore the Floor Joist. Both systems work together to  support the weight of the equipment in the ChillRx facility.
