Atlantic Pointe Gets Turtls!

Challenge

The Atlantic Pointe, formerly known as Thousand Oaks Village, is an apartment complex located in Middletown, NJ. Once under new management, improvements needed to be made to several units to attract new tenants. The property management was acquiring the complex and wanted Quality 1^st Basements to Bid on concrete replacement as well as concrete leveling of sidewalks. When Quality 1^st sat down with the complex, they expressed great concern with the crawlspaces. They were looking for a more air tight seal solution that would also prevent the residents from getting into the crawl space.

Solution
