CleanSpace is water-proof and mold-proof and will prevent moisture and humidity from passing through. The installation process is done by removing debris and rocks, and leveling uneven surfaces. The CleanSpace liner is carefully fitted to the crawl space and permanently held in with drilled-in spikes and fasteners. When the job was complete, the homeowner was happy to see their crawl space was encapsulated and healthy!
