Solution

The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist Mike, provided an inspection. He suggested they encapsulate the space to seal it from the outside elements. Our foreman Luis installed our Drainage Matting and CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. This is done by removing dirt and debris and leveling uneven surfaces. After this, they install CleanSpace, which is a mold-proof and waterproof durable liner. This system will block out water vapor and humidity from passing through the barrier, keeping the crawl space dry and healthy all year round!
