After a comprehensive assessment, he recommended a tailored solution that consisted of a three-component system designed to address the water intrusion problem from multiple angles:

WaterGuard Interior Drainage System: The first step was to install the WaterGuard drainage system along the basement’s interior perimeter, just below the floor slab. This system created a sub-floor drainage channel that intercepted water before it could enter the living space. WaterGuard’s design ensured that water was efficiently redirected to the sump pump for removal.
TripleSafe Sump Pump: A key component of the solution was the installation of the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Known for its ability to handle large volumes of water, this system included redundancy features to guarantee the basement would remain dry, even in the event of heavy rainfall.
