Addressing Seepage Concerns In Newark, DE Basement

In Newark, DE, a homeowner had been noticing ongoing moisture intrusion in their basement, which had led to increasingly damp conditions and the presence of iron ochre stains on the walls and floor. Solution

Upon receiving the homeowner's call, our team at Quality 1st quickly scheduled a detailed inspection of the basement to assess the severity of the moisture intrusion. After thoroughly evaluating the area, we developed a customized approach to address the specific challenges the homeowner was facing.
