The owner of this Princeton Junction, NJ home moved into the property about five years ago. One of the first updates that he made to the home was the pool area. Solution

The other issue with concrete replacement is the fact that it doesn't treat what is going on underneath the slabs, which is why the slabs settled in the first place. New concrete slabs would just settle again.
