Sal transitioned to Quality 1st after gaining experience in our production division. Alongside his role here, he holds a Class A Certification in firefighting, reflecting his dedication beyond the workplace.
As a Service Technician, Sal aids homeowners in maintaining their waterproofing systems, ensuring their efficient operation. His number one priority is to deliver excellent customer service and to make sure the homeowner is 100% satisfied with their service!
