Each week, our Service Team holds a meeting to discuss ways that we can continue to improve the customer experience. This week we focused on the proper way to handle certain customer questions, concerns, and complaints. We want to focus on turning potential problems into WOW! solutions for our customers. Being experts in the service industry, we understand that it is not always easy to make everyone happy. It is inevitable that some customers will not be 100% satisfied, but it is our job to make sure that the end result is ALWAYS complete satisfaction. Every appointment or service is an opportunity to exceed our customers' expectations.
The service department is constantly working to improve customer satisfaction and experience. The meeting began with a discussion on difficult situations that may have arisen for our service technicians. The goal of the meeting was to discuss these types of appointments and decide the best way to WOW the customer in the future. This discussion allowed everyone involved in the service department to get feedback, understand a situation that they may have never come across, and implement strategies to continue to wow their service customers. We then role played some of the different scenarios and worked through different wow solutions and resolution processes.
I explained to my team at the end of the meeting that only providing the minimum services that are expected of us will not continue to make our customers say, "WOW!" Whether they have contacted us for basement waterproofing, foundation repair, or crawl space repair help, we want our customers to feel great whenever they call us, see us, and allow us into their homes. If we consistently work to go above and beyond for our customers, we will leave them with a WOW feeling after every appointment.
