PolyLEVEL Concrete Leveling Donation
Quality 1st Basement Systems demonstrated the PolyLEVEL concrete leveling system in Mount Laurel, NJ. A local pool club seemed to be in dire need of our services, mainly on a very popular jogging path. The pool club had received a few complaints of major trip hazards on the path, and the club was unsure of how to fix the problem. Our Sales Manager, Dan McNally, had a solution for one of the property managers after they had met at a golf outing. PolyLEVEL would be the solution to the pool club's concrete issues.
PolyLEVEL is a state of the art approach to concrete leveling. Concrete can sink due to various reasons. PolyLEVEL is an innovative method as it takes the idea of mudjacking and combines it with better technology and more knowledge. The PolyLEVEL method uses high-density polymers to raise the concrete slabs back to the correct level by drilling small holes in the concrete and injecting the polymers to raise the slabs.
Quality 1st Basement Systems completed the job as a donation to the club and a way to give back to the community by protecting the neighborhood's running community. Dan, Dori (Sales Representative), and Brian (PolyLEVEL foreman) were on-site as the installation took place. Slabs had sunk about 2" below their original position, and Brian was able to raise them back to the correct level and remove trip hazards. Onlookers were truly amazed at how quickly the slabs were repaired and stabilized. The trail was ready to be used almost immediately! Quality 1st Basement Systems will continue working with the pool club on other concrete areas including the areas around their pools.
