FlexiSpan is an easy process and a quick clean up. First any water behind the wall is drained by installing a dry well by creating a small hole in the floor. The crack is sealed and then a foam strip is applied over the first seal, which will remove all water from within or behind and drain it into the dry well. The crack is then over laid with sealant and tooled off to look like drywall. The small opening in the floor is re-concreted so you’ll never even know a hole was there. Any water in the future that gets passed the seal will drain down into the drywell keeping your floor and walls dry. Water leaking through the crack will never be a problem for you!
