Looking Forward to Basement Systems' 2012 Convention

As we do every August, the team here at Quality 1st Basement Systems is excitedly looking forward to Convention, a 4 day event held at Basement Systems headquarters in Seymour, CT.  This year, convention will be held from August 16-18th, with classes being held on the 17th + 18th and a party for all Basement Systems dealers the night of the 18th.

While many of the people going up this year from Quality 1st have been to previous conventions, there are several members of the staff who will be attending for the first time.  Juan Gonzalez, production manager, says he can't wait.  "It's going to be a great experience, taking classes to improve my customer service skills and being able to see some of my working peers outside of an office environment.  I'm hoping we all come back with a better understanding of our positions and how we can work together effectively."

Lily Pannella, marketing director, will be attending for the second time this year.  "Last year I attended very general classes, classes focusing on things like social media and event coordination.  This year I'm hoping to learn some more specifics and start looking into the future, I can't wait to see what the Treehouse has been cooking up this year for us to better market our company."

No matter the classes, the entire Quality 1st staff will surely be learning a lot over the 3 days they spend in Connecticut and we can't wait to share with you what we learned when we return!
