What to expect the day of your free inspection.

I’ve been with the company since 2005 and have inspected over 2,000 homes.
I’m certified in basement, crawl space and foundation repair. I will call you to confirm I'm running on time and will introduce my company and myself.

I will ask some questions that help us generate a list which is a short list of goals you have for your home. Then I will carefully do an inspection of the inside and outside of your home. I will show you how and why water enters your basement and how/why your foundation failed.

When everything makes sense and you are comfortable with the approach we will set up an installation date and I'll explain all our options for payment including our financing options.

I then take pictures for our foreman and leave you with all the paperwork including our license information and warranty. I will be thorough but quick. I will answer all questions you may have and even return to answer questions if they arise later.
