Quality 1st recognized by the town of Aberdeen, NJ
Quality 1st Basement Systems was recently recognized for actively helping the Aberdeen, New Jersey community following Hurricane Sandy. On February 19, 2013, Mayor Fred Tagliarini awarded local companies and individuals who went out of their way to help others affected by the disaster.
In December we were contacted by a family who was left with a severely flooded basement (among other significant damage to their home) thanks to Sandy. The family had first contacted the mayor and town council members, who then reached out to us for help. We were more than happy to put our expertise in basement waterproofing to good use! We installed a sump pump and our WaterGuard full perimiter drainage system. Since our installation, the family's basement has been dry and they are now protected from future storms.
The mayor expressed his gratitude saying,"there are not enough words to express how grateful myself and the township of Aberdeen are to those of you who have helped our residents during such hardships like Hurricane Sandy."
There were several other community members awarded during the ceremony, including the Aberdeen police department, police officials, the volunteer chief of the fire department of Aberdeen, and other companies who helped residents pick up the pieces after Hurricane Sandy.
