Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Emerson, NJ

When a family in Emerson wanted to finally do something about their wet basement, they called Quality 1st Basement Systems. Ken Peare, a System Design Specialist, went out to inspect the home and offer the best solution to eliminate the water in their basement.  Ken designed a complete basement waterproofing system that would include the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, and an IceGuard Discharge line. To keep the basement insulated Ken recommended the ThermalDry Wall system. This radiant barrier will ensure that the home stays warmer while improving energy efficiency.  To protect against the water heater leaking, the family chose to install a FloodRing that would catch any leak before it became a problem.  SunHouse Basement Windows were installed to let light in while protecting the window well from debris. A SaniDry Dehumidifcation System was installed and now this basement is dry and odor free.  The family was thrilled to finally have a dry basement that they could use for storage.
