Homeowner was experiencing dampness and a musty odor coming from the basement in South Brunswick Township, NJ. The family never saw any visible water but had efflorescence all over the walls which was a sign of water seeping through. Quality 1st Basement Systems was called for their great waterproofing services!  Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to do a full wall demo along with installing WaterGuard, a full perimeter drainage system, which directs the water straight into the SuperSump Pump. The sump pump has an airtight lid to prevent any water flowing from the top and out into the basement. IceGuard was installed so that when winter arrives and the ground freezes along with the pipes, the WaterGuard will push the water straight up through the top so that it doesn't freeze in the pipe and the water won't flow back into the basement.
