Photo Album: Walls and Floor replaced in Maplewood, NJ

Maplewood homeowner had water coming up through the middle of the basement floor. With the amount of water coming in, the homeowner new they needed someone out right away and so Quality 1st Basement Systems received a call.  System Design Specialist, Kenny Tramutola, met with the homeowner and did a full evaluation of the basement. Kenny recommended a Waterproofing System, EverLast Wall Restoration and ThermalDry flooring. This will keep the basement clean and dry but also give it a more finished look while insulating and protecting it against water and mold damage.  Project Manager, Jonathan Neria and his crew installed WaterGuard and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System that work together to collect and direct the water out and away from the foundation of the home. Next the floor was replaced with ThermalDry flooring which is not only waterproof but also has pegs underneath the tile which will keep the floor warmer then if it were laid directly on top of the concrete. Lastly the damaged drywall is removed and replaced with EverLast Wall Restoration. The homeowner was amazed at the basement transformation that Quality 1st Basement Systems was able to provide them and was relieved that they can now enjoy their basement without having any water concerns.
