Existing Pump
The existing Pump failed causing water to flood the basement and cause serious damage to not only the floor and walls but personal belongings as well.
Water Damage
Water began to seep through the foundation walls and the drywall in front of it.
Wet Carpet
Due to the amount of water, the carpet was ruined and needed to be ripped up before fungus and mold grew.
Wet Basement
The homeowner used fans to prevent a musty odor from forming.
Removal of Drywall
Our team had to remove the bottom 3 feet of the wall due to the amount of water damage the basement had. Letting that water sit in the drywall can create mold overtime and so it's important to remove any organic materials.
EverLast Wall Restoration Installation
Once the drywall was removed, our began preparing the foundation for the EverLast Wall Panels.
EverLast Wall Restoration Installed
Our installation EverLast Wall Restoration Panels around the entire perimeter of the basement. these Panels are waterproof and moisture resistant with built-in insulation.
In- organic material
Not only do these walls prevent future water leaks by directing water down into the WaterGuard Drainage System but also give the basement a brighter look. These panels are very durable and are made with in-organic easily wipe-able material.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
Our TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three pumps all in one liner! Pump 1 is the first pump that begins to flow water out of the basement and away from the foundation of the home. A few inches higher is Pump 2 that will automatically begin to efficiently pump water when the water line is to high for the first pump can't keep up. Pump 3, which is battery operated will kick on if there is a power outage to continue to keep the basement dry. There is more to our Sump Pump then just the pumps inside! Our TripleSafe has a large sump liner to prevent clogs in a muddy hole. It also has an airtight lid to prevent water from evaporating into the basement air, an alarm to alert the homeowner when the basement is in danger of serious flooding during serious storms such as hurricanes as well as a pump stand to prevent sediment, debris and gravel from clogging the pumps.
