System Design Specialist, Steven Ventriglio, went out to inspect the affected area and highly recommended to have smart jacks installed. The SmartJacks XT System stabilizes and lifts existing beams and floor joists. On top of lifting the floors, It has a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
