During heavy rains, water would run down into the garage and flood the area. System design specialist, Kenny Tramutola, went out to the site to inspect the affected area. Kenny recommended having the reliable Triple safe sump pump system alongside the Waterguard drain system to be installed. In addition, Kenny also recommended the small crawl space area to be fully encapsulated so heat would not escape in the wintertime.
