Photo Album: Crawl Space Repair in Princeton, NJ

This homeowner in Princeton, New Jersey noticed their crawl space was damp and smelly. This can happen in a dirt crawl space since soil and dirt can hold a lot of moisture. Over time, the water vapor can rise into the air of the crawl space and cause issues. The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and we sent our System Design Specialist, Joe Mancini, to provide an inspection. Joe suggested they seal the crawl space from the earth's elements. A few days later, our foreman and crew arrived to install our Drainage Matting and  CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. Drainage matting is installed as the first layer and will catch any water that seeps in. CleanSpace will protect the crawl space by blocking out moisture and humidity, keeping the crawl space dry and healthy all year round!
