After having his crawl space insulated and waterproofed, this Montclair, NJ homeowner expected his home to be safe and warm. However, to his surprise the fiberglass insulation fell from the ceiling and it looked like mold was growing. The crawl space insulation is made with waterproof, inorganic material that will keep out moisture and cold air.
