WaterGuard
The WaterGuard drainage system was installed along the foundation footer to capture any water.
Trench Drain
To best catch water trickling down the basement stairway, our trench drain was installed at the base of the steps.
Discharge Line
Any water collected by the interior system in the basement is expelled via this buried discharge line.
Sump Pump
The newly-installed SuperSump system, connected to the new drainage system as well.
Damp Basement
Before being waterproofed, the basement had consistent dampness, and puddling during and after rainy weather.
