Before Waterproofing
To guarantee the homeowner receives the most long-lasting waterproofing solution, our System Design Specialist carried out an in-depth inspection of the basement. This included evaluating the foundation walls and floor for cracks or signs of seepage, checking for moisture levels, assessing any existing waterproofing systems, and identifying potential sources of water intrusion. By thoroughly understanding the unique conditions of the space, we can design a customized solution that effectively addresses the root causes of the problem.

WaterGuard Drainage System
To address persistent basement water seepage, we installed our WaterGuard Drainage System. Designed to sit just below the floor, this system captures water at the foundation walls and channels it directly to the sump pump-preventing flooding, protecting the home's structure, and keeping the basement dry and usable.

TripleSafe Sump Pump
Next the crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump to provide the highest level of defense against basement flooding. With three powerful pumps, including a battery backup, this system ensures reliable operation even during heavy rains or power outages-keeping the basement dry and safeguarding the home from water damage year-round.

CleanSpace Wall Panels
In order to create a moisture-resistant barrier that keeps water out and directs it toward the drainage system, our crew installed CleanSpace Wall Panels. These durable, mold-resistant panels not only protect the basement from water infiltration but also improve the overall air quality and aesthetics of the space, ensuring long-term protection and comfort.

SaniDry Sedona
Lastly, the crew added our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to maintain optimal humidity levels in the basement, preventing mold growth and musty odors. This energy-efficient system efficiently removes excess moisture, improving air quality and protecting the home's foundation and belongings from water damage.
