Installing RockWell
Our crew began the RockWell Egress Window installation by carefully excavating the area around the old basement window, removing the deteriorating frame and clearing space for the new unit. We then installed the RockWell Window Well and Egress Window, ensuring a watertight seal to prevent future leaks.

Installing WaterGuard
Next the crew installed our WaterGuard Drainage System by first removing a section of the basement floor along the perimeter walls to create a clean trench. We then placed the WaterGuard system just above the footing-out of the "mud zone"-to prevent clogs. The drainage channel was securely connected to a sump pump system to direct water away from the home.

The Benefits Of WaterGuard
Its unique design effectively captures water seepage from walls and floors, directing it to the sump pump before it can enter the homeowners living space. With a clean, non-invasive installation and long-lasting performance, WaterGuard helps protect the home from water damage, mold, and musty odors-creating a healthier, more usable basement environment.
