Before Waterproofing
To ensure the most effective and reliable waterproofing solution, our System Design Specialist performed a detailed inspection of the entire basement. By carefully assessing the space, identifying potential problem areas, and understanding the specific needs of the home, we were able to create a customized plan that would provide long-term protection against water intrusion.

WaterGuard Drainage System
We installed our WaterGuard Drainage System along the basement perimeter to create a reliable channel that directs water away from the foundation. This system efficiently funnels any water seepage towards the homeowner's designated sump pump, ensuring it's safely removed from the home and preventing potential water damage.

WellDuct System
Our crew installed our WellDuct System to address water seepage around the basement window well. This system efficiently channels water away from the window area, directing it into the WaterGuard Drainage System to prevent moisture buildup and keep the basement dry.

Installing RockWell
To install the RockWell Egress Window, our crew first excavated around the existing window to create space for the new system. We then placed the durable, molded RockWell window well securely in position, ensuring it was properly sealed to prevent water intrusion. After the well was in place, we installed the egress window, which not only provides a safe, easy exit but also improves ventilation and prevents moisture buildup.

The Benefits Of RockWell
The RockWell Egress Window offers several key benefits for basements, including enhanced safety, improved ventilation, and moisture protection. Its durable, molded design provides a secure, code-compliant emergency exit while allowing natural light to brighten the space. The system also prevents water intrusion by creating a sealed, water-resistant window well, ensuring the basement stays dry and comfortable.
