Old Sump Pump
This homeowner's old sump pump was no longer able to keep up with rising water levels during heavy rainfall, which led to water seeping back into the basement. The outdated system lacked the power and reliability needed to handle increased groundwater, causing frequent overflows and moisture buildup. Without proper drainage, the basement remained damp and vulnerable to further damage, prompting the need for a more efficient waterproofing solution.
WaterGuard Drainage System
Our crew installed the WaterGuard Drainage System along the interior perimeter of the basement to stop water at its entry point-where the wall meets the floor. After carefully removing a section of the concrete floor, we placed the WaterGuard system just above the foundation footing to avoid clogs and ensure smooth drainage.
TrenchDrain System
Next the crew installed our TrenchDrain System at the basement entry point to capture surface water before it could infiltrate the space. Positioned flush with the concrete, this grated drainage system is ideal for areas near stairs, doorways, or hatchway entrances where water easily collects. It connects directly to the WaterGuard System, allowing water to flow seamlessly into the drainage line and out through the sump pump.
SuperSump Premier
After connecting SuperSump to the WaterGuard Drainage System, we placed the pump in a carefully excavated pit at the lowest point of the basement to ensure optimal water collection. Equipped with a powerful cast-iron pump, an airtight lid, and a built-in alarm, the SuperSump efficiently removes water during heavy rainfall and prevents moisture, odors, and potential flooding.
CleanSpace Wall Panels
These durable, mold-resistant panels were securely fastened to the foundation walls, creating a continuous vapor barrier that seals out humidity and directs any wall seepage down into the WaterGuard Drainage System. In addition to preventing moisture buildup, our CleanSpace Panels brighten the basement with a clean, finished look-making the area healthier, drier, and more comfortable.
