Quality 1st Basement Systems promoted two of their current employees to higher positions and responsibilities within the company.
It's with great pleasure that we announce the promotion of Dan McNally from System Design Specialist to Sales Manager for Quality 1st Basement Systems.
Dan is a graduate of Rider University, and developed an interest in basement remodeling during his tenure as manager of a local hardware store. He joined Quality 1st in 2005 and successfully completed extensive training through the Basement Systems International Contractor Network.
He brings a focused, intelligent approach to each job with which he is involved and is a true professional. He is a trusted and valued member of the Quality 1st Basement Systems team and upholds the standards of the company.
"Dan is a true asset to Quality 1st," according to Bob Cherry, General Manager. "His ability to listen to customers' needs results in top quality solution design." Dan's new role as Sales Manager will include managing the sales team and working to ensure the customer experience is fantastic each and every time.
Steve joined Quality 1st Basement Systems as the Sales Manager role four years ago with an impressive background that included over 30 years in the home building industry and 20 years as a manager in Fortune 500 companies.
As Sales Manager with Quality 1st, he doubled the size of the sales department and ensured the sales staff was well-trained on the newest products and solutions.
"Steve's commitment to quality and training has resulted in a strong sales department which in turn results in great experiences for our customers," says Bob Cherry, General Manager. Steve will now be the Business Manager and Controller for the Quality 1st Companies.
