Bob Peters was great. There was mistake made on his part with the installation job. Bob was true to his word and made good on the mistake. It is nice to know that a salesperson will admit his mistake and correct the problem.
Foreman was Melvin and his crew. They were clean and professional. The second crew, foreman was Wilbur. His crew was very clean and professional also. No problems to report with the installation crews.
Installation crews cleaned up after themselves.
