The sales person and tools for the contract were both easy to work with and nice to see.
The person who did the installation was small enough to fit into the crawl space hole and did not need to cut an additional hole. He was courteous and finished the work within the expected time.
The clean up process wasn't bad. There was a bit of small debris left around the area and quite a bit of scruffs along the walls. Given that it's a basement, it wasn't too much of a concern.
The specialization of the company really stood out. I was wary to to hire a general contractor for this job.
