He did a very good job. Unfortunately, the nature of the issue found, ended up with a solution that is visually evident of a flaw in the initial installation. When selling the property, I would have to seriously do something about it in order to allay any concern about recurring problems.
I will have to believe in good faith, given that the initial flaw occurred only 18 months after the original installation.
