Very satisfied with the finished job the only thing i would of like to see different is the small parapet wall wrapped 3' by 15' leading up the the encapsulation like whats on the foundation walls. I am fine with it but wish i would of noticed it when finished. Overall you were great and I have already been spreading the word to family and friends. I had at least 10 people look at the basement and are amazed at the results.
A little conversion with the financing but no major issue, the women were very nice
The salesman was on time, actually early which is a good thing. Was very knowledgeable about products and pricing.
The crew was very good, clean and polite. They were very professional and considered, would recommend that crew for any project
The crew does not try and make a big mess they were very considerate of belongings.
