He came in and listened to our history with water in the basement, diagnosed the actual area where work had to be done, and suggested a solution based on where water was actually coming from. Also, I liked the booklet that explained in detail how leaks happen and how they can be mitigated. Also liked the unique water guard and other products unique to the company
