Ryan was able to confirm my diagnosis and supplied photos for suggested work.
All work was completed to my satisfaction. He replaced one unit; next, he serviced my second unit. Additionally, Ryan repaired the vapor barrier, placed units on proper stands and adjusted a drainage tube.
