The call with the company representative was very good and they were always helpful and responsive
The sales person, Anthony, was very good. He was thorough and informative. He explained what he thought would be best for our situation. He answered all our questions thoroughly and explained the costs completely. One other good thing was he was not high pressure.
The installation crew was outstanding. They explained an issue that needed to be addressed and suggested a solution that worked fine. Also they worked really hard to change directions on the initial product vs the one we ended up having to get. They were all pleasant and many times during the installation they stopped to ask if we had questions and showed us what they were doing and why. We could not have had a better installation experience. The foreman of the job was Esau and Carlos was the lead installer. Both were knowledgeable and informative. There were 3 others on the team and all were excellent.
