I researched several companies and had 3 come to my home for quotes. Quality First was the only company that explained everything with the process and provided me with materials and video to see the work. Sales person Javier was very helpful and knowledgeable about the job. The customer service was also very courteous and helpful. The 24 hour hotline was also a huge bonus on my decision. I called on a holiday and they picked up and answered my questions for my plumber. Instillation was great and the wall restoration looks fantastic. It hasn't rain heavy to test the sump pump, however I'm confident the system will work great and if I have an issue I know that Quality First will respond to my call and address the issue. Thank you again for giving my piece of mind with my basement. A++++
