Outstanding! Worked with Bruce Kaminsky. He explained the entire system, installation and schedule thoroughly. Examined every nook and cranny of my basement and took into consideration I was going to re-model the basement after the system was installed. Gave spot on advice.
The installation crew was very well organized. The crew (headed by Victor who is wonderful!) was prompt, clean, neat, polite, and unobtrusive. Kept me in the know from start to finish, continually asking how I liked everything as the work progressed.
I expected much more dust upstairs on my other floors but the way the crew sealed everything off it was minimal which was appreciated since both my husband and son suffer from asthma. Although they cleaned as they worked along, they vacuumed, sponged and mopped every surface of the basement for final cleanup.
