Quality 1st (formerly Dry Guys) did outstanding work. The first person I interacted with was Jerry, the technician who came out to inspect the issues that I had made the aware of (cracks in basement wall). Jerry was very kind, gracious, professional, and recommended a course of action. The next visit was with Jerry and another technician, Patrick. As they examined things more, it they discovered another crack that was more concerning than the others, and they recommended a different course of action that would be more involved, but, would be the best solution. There was no pressure, just explanation of the processes and why they would recommend what they did. I decided to follow the advice, which involved having a drainage system and a 2d sump pump installed. The crew that came out for that did outstanding work. Anthoni, who was the foreman, was kind and professional, and went the extra mile to explain exactly what they were doing and why. The entire team conducted themselves in an outstanding, professional, and courteous manner. After the work was completed, Anthoni went to great lengths to explain all that was done to me and my wife, and the different things that we need to aware of, particular with regard to the 2d sump pump. Even though it was a Friday and they had a long drive in front of them, they weren't in rush to get the work finished and hit the road. Anthoni asked us if we had any questions to please ask, and he would be happy to explain. And he did! And the other guys were patient as well as we did ask questions. Bottom line: all did a great job, and it is a great team. We are thankful for the high quality work that was done, the way it was done, and the great customer care that they exhibited. Along those line, Jerry, my main point of contact, ALWAYS responded quickly to my texts and email, ALWAYS was a pleasure to interact with. Thank you, guys! Sincerely, John Orlando
