Victor is a great resource to your company. He was easy to work with and very agreeable and helpful. The other crew members were good also.
It looks fine so far but now I need to wait for a big storm and see if there are any problems.
Ken was very thorough during the estimation process. The only negative comment I have was that I wanted a last minute change and I sensed a little more pushback that I should have. I know it's a pain, but it should be an expected part of the business. I eventually did not make the change, but even with the change it would have been an expensive job.
The crew was incredibly efficient, hard-working and very pleasant.
