Basement Finishing Photo Album: Total Basement Finishing in Oakhurst, NJ

A homeowner we had previously serviced in Oakhurst, NJ contacted us with an interest in a total basement finishing renovation. Having previously waterproofed the basement, our crew was confident in tackling the job with the knowledge that there was a proper and up-to-date waterproofing system ready to protect it. Our crew renovated the space to section off the area of the basement that contained the sump pump and water heater. Using our EverLast Wall Panel System, we concealed this equipment with waterproofed and insulated walls to give the basement a more welcoming appearance. A new ceiling was installed with our Basement Linen Tiles which create a sound barrier and are resistant to mold. The floors were replaced with our ThermalDry Planks which provide a thermal break from the concrete and are resistant to water damage. The renovation was completed by installing doors to block off the equipment section of the basement and complete the livable space that the homeowner can now enjoy! Before Basement Finishing

The unfinished basement had cold, concrete flooring and CleanSpace covering the walls and was a space for storage. We previously waterproofed this basement and were able to add to our work with a total finishing job.

During Installation

Our crew framed parts of the basement for a separation between what would be the new living space and where the home's more unsightly features (sump pump, water heater) would be concealed.

EverLast Walls and ThermalDry Floors

The basement was renovated with new floors, walls, and a ceiling. The EverLast walls insulate and waterproof the living space while the ThermalDry floors provide a thermal break from the concrete beneath.
