Before Finishing System
This basement was an unsightly example of how leaking water can damage a basement space. The homeowners wanted to rid their home of water damage and transform their basement into a visually-appealing living space.

Installing New Drainage System
Our crew digs a trench around the perimeter of the basement to install our WaterGuard Drainage System beneath the floor's surface. Water will flow through the drains to make it into the sump pump without intruding on the finished basement space.

ThermalDry Flooring Installation
Our finished flooring, the ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring, features pegs underneath to provide a thermal break between the concrete foundation and the floor's surface. The planks imitate real wood but are made of inorganic materials that won't absorb water, meaning the floors won't rot or encourage mold growth.

Finished Basement
The new, inorganic ThermalDry Flooring combined with our waterproof BrightWall panels guarantees this basement will stay dry and bright to serve as a usable living space.

New Sump Pump and Dehumidifier
The SuperSump upgrades the waterproofing abilities of the basement, while the Sedona keeps the air clean and keeps the humidity out.

Transformative Installation
Our crew's installation transformed this space from an unsightly, musty basement to a bright, dry, and attractive space that can better serve the homeowner's needs.
