Basement Waterproofing in North Plainfield, NJ

This homeowner in North Plainfield, New Jersey contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems to install a waterproofing system. Our System Design Specialist, Javier Hoyos Romero, provided an inspection and suggested they install a new sump pump and french drain system. Our foreman, Luis Aguirre, installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to replace their old one. This sump pump can effectively pump water out and has an airtight enclosed lid to prevent water vapor from traveling into the basement. Next, Luis installed the WaterGuard Drain System which sits on top of the foundation footing and collects water from the walls and floors to drain it to the sump pump.
