Basement Waterproofing and Finishing in Dumont, NJ

Quality 1st Basement Systems received a call from a homeowner in Dumont, NJ. The homeowner was interested in installing a brand new waterproofing system and finishing their basement. Our System Design Specialist, Steve R., provided a complete basement inspection. He presented his findings to the homeowner along with a quote. Within two weeks, our crew arrived at the home to begin the basement waterproofing and finishing project. 

Solution

Our crew first installed the WaterGuard French Drain system. WaterGuard is designed to collect water seeping into the basement and directs it to the Triple Safe Sump Pump. Specifically, WaterGuard is installed above the home's foundation, avoiding the 'mud zone." Our crew installed the Triple Safe Sump Pump, which pumps the excess water away from the basement. TripleSafe provides three levels of protection and contains a backup battery to keep it functioning during a power outage. Lastly, our crew installed the EverLast Wall Restoration System and our ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring for the basement finishing design. After the entire project was complete, our crew did a final cleanup. The homeowner was very happy with the results!
