Quality 1st Basement Systems was contacted by a homeowner in Abington, PA. The homeowner was interested in insulating and encapsulating their dirt crawl space for the upcoming seasons. Dirt crawl spaces, that are not properly sealed, easily become damp and humid. This can lead to serious health hazards and structural damage in your home. The homeowner knew encapsulating their crawl space would be a great benefit for their home. 

Solution

Our crew installed the CleanSpace Moisture Barrier to encapsulate the crawl space. CleanSpace prevents water vapor and humidity from passing through the crawl space, preventing it from becoming damp. Our crew also installed the SilverGlo Wall Panels that are designed to fully insulate the crawl space throughout the year. The installation process was a success, and the homeowner was very satisfied with the results.
