ThermalDry is made up of modular floor tiles that snap together. These come in carpet or tile finishes, and variety of colors. Each ThermalDry tile has raised pegs underneath that create space, which prevents cold air as well as water from seeping through. Thus, the use of this flooring will help keep tempered air in the basement and reduce utility bills.

The Quality 1st Basement Systems team also installed a SaniDry Air System to rid the basement of any residual humidity. The SaniDry works as both a dehumidifier and air filtration system.
