Solution

After a thorough diagnosis, Laszlo recommended a combination of specialized products designed to address the water intrusion and restore the basement’s function. The solution included the installation of the WaterGuard system, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and the SaniDry Sedona.

• WaterGuard Interior Drainage System: The WaterGuard system was installed along the perimeter of the basement floor to effectively capture water leaking through the wall and floor joints. This system is designed to prevent water from pooling and channel it directly into the sump pump, preventing further damage to the basement structure.

• TripleSafe Sump Pump: To manage the captured water, the homeowner’s system included the TripleSafe Sump Pump, which provides three levels of protection.
