Challenge

This wet basement in Towaco was being used as a family recreational room but the water in the basement made it difficult to have a good time. The flooded basement was becoming a serious issue and causing water damage to the walls. The homeowners knew they needed to have a sump pump system installed to prevent any further damage. Solution

The Quality 1st Basement Systems crew installed a TripleSafe sump pump system. The TripleSafe is actually a system of three separate sump pumps, which can either all be used simultaneously or specifically depending on the drainage needs. Its airtight lid has room for two drainage lines, a floor drain, electrical lines and a WaterWatch alarm. The TripleSafe sump pump system also comes complete with a back-up battery system, which ensures proper functioning even during power outages.
