IceGuard was installed to allow water to escape.
We installed our very own IceGuard discharge line. Our IceGuard's uniquely designed grater adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground happens to freeze during the ice cold winters, water can still be pumped without the hassle or worry of backups into your basement.

We installed a simple yet effective system called a WellDuct. The WellDuct is a vertical extension of our WaterGuard system that drains water from the window well before the window leaks in the event the water the water rises in the well.

The SmartSump has a one of a kind sump pump cover, specifically designed for instances of a plumbing leak. When water from a plumbing leak fills an alarm pocket on the lid, it will sound a WaterWatch alarm that will let you know there is a plumbing leak. From that point, the water flows down an airtight floor drain that will let the water down, but damp air can't come up into your crawl space.
