Basement Windows
Water was finding its way in through the window cracks during heavy rain. When windows aren't properly sealed, unwanted air, pests and water will find their way in.
Signs of Water Entry
This basement had water stains on several walls,it was damp, cold and had an musty odor, preventing the family from ever wanting to use their basement.
Old Sump Pump
Existing sump pump was no longer properly working for the basement still felt damp. The top was open which could be dangerous to those with pets and children.
Cold Basement
This basement became an area in the house that was cold and dark. The smell alone prevented family members from venturing down there.
BrightWall
The team installed BrightWall panels to the basement to give it a brighter, cleaner, more finished look. The basement was now clean and dry making it welcoming to the family and their friends to use and relax in.
Sump Pump Replacement
A SuperSump pump was installed to properly pump water from the basement to keep it clean and dry. The SuperSump pump has a sealed lid to prevent water vapor from rising back up into the basement.
New Windows Installed
New windows were installed to seal off the basement and provide natural lighting while giving the outside a better curb appeal.
SunHouse Window Wells
The old window wells were cracked and rusted and so Quality 1st replaced them with SunHouse Window Wells that will protect the basement from rain, dirt and snow. This will bring in more natural sunlight to the basement while preventing water leaks and entry of rodents and pests.
