This nasty crawl space was filled with pests and cold dirt creating a nasty and cold environment.
Drainage Matting
The raised dimples in the drainage matting gives the water flooding into the crawl space a channel underneath the CleanSpace liner.
Heat Barrier
SilverGlo was installed to the walls of the crawl space to reflect heat to maintain a comfortable temperature in the cold months to prevent cold floors and frozen pipes.
SmartSump Pump & Vapor Barrier System
SmartSump Pump was installed with a built-in alarm system to alert the homeowner when it detects water. CleanSpace was installed to the walls and floor to prevent moisture.
Crawl Space door is sealed
Crawl Space is sealed to prevent humidity, water and pests from entering inside
IceGuard
IceGuard was installed to provide an alternative exit for water in the winter months in case the outside discharge pipe were to freeze. This will prevent a back flow of water.
